Member Document Management

HEG designed and implemented the first version of Member Document Management or MDM in 2002 and continues to improve and update the product.  MDM allows law firms providing legal insurance to store, retrieve and manage member documents, to allocate legal staffing resources according to hourly demand, to generate instant reports on attorney performance, to submit referral data and documents with a mouse click and to expedite processing of personal wills.

MDM was created to assist law firms in the daily task of efficiently, accurately and professionally providing outstanding legal services to its members.  The MDM software provides additional software tools to enhance Attorney response time and productivity, thereby improving customer satisfaction.
